Placed under the high patronage of the french Minister of Defence, with the patronage of the French National Commission for Unesco, in partnership with the IHEDN (french High Institute for Defence Studies) , it is done with the support of DCNS, Veolia Propreté, Suez Sita, DGA and Cilas, with the participation of Green Cross.
The theme was "New environmental issues of HQs and industrialists European armaments in peacetime, in conflicts and post-conflict" .
